Winter Blues Simmering Pot

Aromatherapy is one of nature's ways to help mend us and this recipe is sure to rid us of those post-holiday–there are still MONTHS left of winter – blues.
Bring a pot of water to boil and add:
A few sticks of Pine
1 Orange cut
1 Apple cut
2 tspns Cinnamon (and sticks)
½ tspn Vanilla
1 tspn Nutmeg
1 spring of rosemary
Reduce to a simmer and let the scent fill your home.
